Understanding and implementing change

More than ever, organisations are required to change. Unpredictable developments and radical, sometimes existential changes in politics, society, the market and technology are no longer the exception, but the rule. On the one hand, the organisation needs to be further shaped, adapted and optimised in the course of normal development processes (change) and, on the other hand, the organisation needs to be redesigned based on thinking and acting in multiple futures, unpredictability and unpredictability (transformation).

Our “Shaping Change & Transformation” training is primarily aimed at managers who want to realign and redesign their organisations in a future-oriented way in view of current developments. It provides an insight into the classification of planned changes and the interplay and effects of these on the entire organisational system, an understanding of the dynamics of change and the necessary tools to involve organisational systems in change processes and to take all those affected along with them.
