On our customised learning journeys to inspiring places, you will free yourself from ingrained thought patterns

Organisations learn the most from other organisations. On our individually designed expeditions to inspiring places, companies and organisations, you will break away from your familiar surroundings and ingrained thought patterns. Possible topics include: New Work, agile working environments, disruption, dealing with your own segment in other settings and countries, and much more.

You gain the energy for exchange, realisation, impetus and innovation. Learning journeys are an expedition into the future and anticipate change. Proven, popular, best practice.

Our approach

  • Learning journeys enable a change of perspective| Experiencing how other organisations and their stakeholders deal with their own issues can provide valuable impetus.
  • Learning journeys promote creativity| People think in contexts. Example: If you give a person three completely different terms or objects that seem to have nothing to do with each other, most people can spontaneously and easily make a connection or construct a story from them. This results in new and inspiring ideas.
  • Diversity as a benchmark | The organisation visited can (should) therefore (see point 2) preferably come from a different industry or a completely different field and be organised and structured differently, but be a pioneer in terms of the issue. The more diverse, the more inspiring ideas can be generated.
  • Moderated process of action research | In a moderated process with good preparation and follow-up, the organisational learning question is first developed, the specific procedure is discussed, the actual journey is carried out and followed up. In the follow-up, the insights are reflected on together and ideas, prototypes and measures for transfer and implementation in the organisation are developed on this basis.

Process

  • Preparation | Development of a concept adapted to the research question; search and acquisition of the visited location / the visited organisation / development of the learning question / development of shadowing and interview guidelines / moderated kick-off workshop
  • On-site | moderated accompaniment / shadowing and interviews conducted by the participants with employees and staff of the visited organisation
  • Follow-up | moderated workshop on lessons learnt / development of measures / support with transfer to day-to-day business / follow-up process if necessary
