Thanks to an uncomplicated entry and barrier-free access, Howspace can accompany many different event formats. Either completely digital, hybrid or in person. The integrated meeting tool allows users to access digital or hybrid events. With breakout sessions, registration functions and other ways of interacting, an event can be designed in the digital space that includes all participants. However, the digital platform can also provide great added value for face-to-face events. For example, event participants can follow the agenda in real time and receive information material and presentations immediately. Comments and surveys under the individual event points can give the moderator a picture of the mood and enable participants to play an active role in the event. These comments can also be analysed live using the AI function to generate word clouds and sentiment analyses.
