Professional workshop facilitation promotes dialogue in groups and teams and leads to better results that are supported by all participants. In order for a goal-oriented exchange to take place between the participants, it is the task of the moderator to keep an eye on the group dynamics, to use creative methods wherever possible and to record the joint work process and the results in a clearly visualised form. In addition, the participants, with their respective expertise and their different perspectives and interests, should be able to have their say and enter into dialogue with each other. This applies to all meetings, from smaller team meetings to large events, both in person and in hybrid and virtual spaces.
We offer moderation training in various depths of detail and in different formats. On the one hand, p4d trainers can teach the basics of facilitation, but they can also provide more in-depth training to deepen facilitation skills and organise group exchanges.
Depending on requirements, the training courses can be aimed at managers, but also at other roles in organisations that deal with the flow of information, meeting culture, organisation-wide exchange or the organisation and implementation of events in general.
