In an increasingly complex and dynamic world, leaders need to be able to adapt to change, motivate and inspire their teams, communicate a clear vision and strategy and create a positive organisational culture. Leadership development is designed to help leaders expand, reflect and improve their skills and competences.

Our approach

We turn classic leadership into modern leadership. We provide tools and strategies to help you optimise your leadership practice so that your employees pull together with you. In day-to-day management, processes of shared perception, reflection and (meta-)communication are needed to move from the management concept to implementation by employees. This is where we come in. Because we know from experience:

  • What is thought has not been said.
  • What is said has not been heard.
  • What is heard has not been understood.
  • What is understood has not been agreed upon.
  • What is agreed on has not been implemented.

In order to holistically consider the entire system of your organisation/your company, we work systemically and consistently in a practice-oriented manner: In addition to teaching supportive theoretical models, orientated towards your personal concerns, we relate all content in our management development to everyday professional practice. Whether as part of coaching or training, all our formats include practice sequences followed by reflection sessions in which you can reflect on your experiences and thus further develop your personal leadership behaviour as an important component of modern leadership.

Our offer

Coaching/Sparring| Call it executive coaching, leadership development or career planning, we support managers and corporate personalities in our own individual way. We accompany you on your career path in a partnership, at eye level, respectfully and attentively. As sparring partners at your level.

Training| We offer a series of basic training courses for managers that aim to give participants a basic understanding of the topic of “leadership” and use state-of-the-art impulses and leadership models to encourage them to examine their own leadership behaviour and reflect on their role as a manager in the context of a changing (working) world.

These training courses can be:

  • Booked individually.
  • As part of change processes for small groups of managers within an organisation.
  • Be put together and carried out as a holistic leadership development programme.

Note: You can find our leadership development training programmes in the section “Development”.
