Analysis and assessment| We start with a thorough analysis of the existing situation and organisational dynamics. We identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks associated with the planned change. This analysis forms the basis for customised solutions that are tailored to the specific needs of your organisation.

Participatory design| The involvement of all relevant stakeholders is a central component of our change management approach. The basis is the establishment of a binding change management structure with a uniform change approach for the entire organisation. This allows changes to be identified in a change gap analysis so that appropriate measures can then be introduced (establishing new processes, adapting the structure of the organisation, introducing new roles, etc.) to prepare the organisation for the changes. Through workshops and training courses, we create a culture of open dialogue and promote the active participation of employees. A targeted communication strategy accompanies the process. This ensures that the planned changes are not only accepted, but also actively supported.

Implementation and support| The successful implementation of changes requires a clear roadmap, good project management and careful support. Ideally, change management is already established in the Prepare phase and accompanies the entire journey through the Explore phase and Realise phase to the Deploy phase and Hypercare phase. We are available as experienced consultants throughout the entire process and work closely with the chosen IT consultancy. Our aim is to ensure that the changes are not just temporarily effective, but are anchored in the corporate culture in the long term.

Monitoring and optimisation| Continuous monitoring enables us to monitor the success of the changes introduced. We adapt our strategies where necessary and optimise the change process to ensure that the goals set are achieved and that the organisation can react flexibly to future developments.
