More than ever, organisations are required to change. Unpredictable developments and radical, sometimes existential changes in politics, society, the market and technology are no longer the exception, but the rule. Many organisations have recognised the need to face up to these changes. This often results in adjustments to their organisational structure and processes, which are frequently driven by megatrends such as digitalisation.
Once the decision to adapt the organisational structure and/or processes has been made, a convincing narrative is needed to implement the subsequent change process in an organisation and to involve all those involved in this process as well as possible. The aim is to categorise the change in a context that is comprehensible to all those involved and to present it clearly. As change always causes resistance, the “Communication in Change” training course includes an introduction to the various phases of change and how you can empathise with employees and guide them through the change process in addition to the topic of future vision and narrative development.
The “Communication in Change” training is particularly suitable for managers who are responsible for a change in their organisation and have the task of communicating this internally and implementing it together with their employees.
