The design of change processes is what appeals to me. As an interdisciplinary graduate designer for transformation, I deal with change from different perspectives and practise building bridges and communicating content, values and structures with a view to interfaces and blind spots.
I see particularly strong potential for change at the cultural level, which connects us with ourselves and with others. My interest in culture, language and the perspective of my counterparts guides me in the management of processes, events and projects, the support of virtual collaborations and the consulting and development of organisations.

  • Conception, moderation and realisation| of virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events and workshops
  • Digital collaboration| development of customised platforms for virtual, hybrid and asynchronous collaboration, team development or large-scale events
  • Organisational development| process design, sparring and co-moderation of organisational development and transformation processes
