  • We utilise findings from group dynamics specifically for the design of joint processes, training and team development.

  • We organise events as participation formats in order to truly utilise the potential of groups.
  • We use a state-of-the-art AI-based virtual dialogue platform (Howspace) to moderate and design processes, to visualise dialogues and results, to design virtual training sessions and, last but not least, for long-term exchange.
