I am a leader, HR strategist and systemic organisational developer with a passion. I am fascinated by people and organisations – individuals and systems – and their interactions.

I have many years of experience as an HR manager and executive in various industries. As a long-standing member of the management board of a medical technology company, I understand overall contexts and business conditions. I also have line experience as managing director of a production company. As a consultant, my experience enables me to “translate” topics in organisations well and I am able to make connections. Competition, scarcity of resources, war for talent, shortage of skilled workers, hybrid working, new work, changing global conditions and unpredictability: the pressure on modern HR organisations of the future to adapt and optimise is enormous. I support you in finding your way through the variety of HR topics, the current socio-political challenges and legal requirements and in making your HR organisation and processes fit for the changing world of work.

As a sparring partner and coach, I support managers in their day-to-day work and with personal and strategic issues on an equal footing and with knowledge of the challenges, and I particularly enjoy supporting women in their professional development.
