I support managers and (management) teams in realistically and feasibly achieving their organisation’s goals and pulling together to achieve them. Depending on the occasion, I work in a researching, coaching, consulting, moderating and/or mediating capacity, always with an eye on the relevant stakeholders and system landscape. It is important to me to combine clear and comprehensible analyses and processes of understanding with an emphatic and appreciative attitude. I support those involved in developing a shared view of the opportunities and challenges of their topic against the background of their work and organisational culture and the different interests and perspectives and, on this basis, develop meaningful and sustainable solutions together.
