Lisa Stroetmann: As an experienced facilitator, trainer and project manager, I design processes to bring people together. My work is based on the conviction that real innovation can only come about by bringing together different perspectives. As a trained political scientist, I have an analytical view of the entire system and combine this with empathy and creativity to bring about sustainable change.
