My passion is to support people and teams in their transformation. I support organisations in realigning themselves and providing structure on the way to new working environments. As a coach, consultant and team developer, I work for renowned companies as well as hidden champions. I facilitate change processes, promote communication, uncover conflicts and work together with those involved to find solutions. In my workshops, I am very good at building closeness to people and getting them to engage in dialogue – positively and with humour.
