Leadership coaching supports managers in reflecting on their goals, questions and development needs against the background of the goals and values of their organisation, and in consciously and solution-orientedly exploiting and shaping their full potential.

Leadership coaching is always individually tailored to the concerns of the manager and the needs of the organisation: Leadership coaching is resource- and solution-orientated. In the customised coaching process, the focus is placed on the coachee’s existing but often not consciously clarified resources. To this end, the manager’s concerns are first worked out and the goals of the coaching are defined. The individual strengths, values and needs of the manager are then worked out during the coaching process. We also reflect on the coachee’s leadership style and its fit with the organisational culture. We work with the manager to gain a deep understanding of his/her specific situation and professional challenges. On this basis, we work together to develop individual solutions and development plans that are tailored to both personal and organisational goals.

Strengthening leadership qualities: The content of a leadership coaching programme can focus on the development of different leadership skills: Depending on the concern, the focus is placed on one or more aspects: whether issues of communication and dialogue management, active listening, decision-making, conflict resolution, team development or strategy – our coaches support the manager in developing and implementing meaningful and more effective leadership strategies. This achieves sustainably better results for the manager and the organisation/company.

Self-reflection and personal growth: Leadership coaching emphasises self-reflection and personal growth. Through the coaching process, managers are encouraged to reflect on their own values, motivations and behaviour, gain a better understanding of themselves and their actions and thus develop further as a person and manager.

Results-orientated work: Leadership coaching is results-orientated. Goals and progress are regularly reviewed during the process to ensure that the coaching efforts are on track.

Confidentiality: The coaching process is confidential so that the coachee(s) can speak openly about their challenges and concerns.
