In order to generate a constructive error culture that evolves into a learning culture, we need an environment that is not driven by top-ranking performance and perfection, but instead deals with seeming limitations openly. A culture of error and learning can be devised. Based on an analysis of the actual situation, ways and measures can be identified how to learn from errors made and how to combine this newly acquired knowledge with the organisational knowledge – in order to avoid that errors are made twice and to gain new opportunities from seeming errors.
