Dr Ursula Rehle: What are the framework conditions that enable successful collaboration and ensure it is sustainable? As a passionate organisational consultant and coach, I work with those involved to find individual answers to this question. In doing so, I like to get to the bottom of things to ensure lasting effectiveness and avoid rash and ineffective symptom treatment. Despite the seriousness of the matter, I am convinced that a positive attitude and a sense of humour not only make it easier to work together, but also stimulate creative thought processes and a change of perspective. For me, effectiveness is more important than favouritism, always combined with respectful communication at eye level.
