Thanks to an uncomplicated entry and barrier-free access, Howspace can accompany many different event formats. Either completely digital, hybrid or in person. The integrated meeting tool allows users to access digital or hybrid events. With breakout sessions, a registration function and other ways of interacting, an event can be designed in the digital space that includes all participants. At face-to-face events, participants can follow the agenda in real time and receive information material and presentations immediately.

Accompanying a long-term transformation
We have been supporting the introduction of S4/Hana software with Howspace at SMS group for several years. We use the platform for communication during the transformation, for events and to involve stakeholders throughout the process. Howspace has proven to be a highly versatile tool that has been used time and again for a wide range of application scenarios. This also includes retrospectives, training sessions and complex surveys that can be analysed directly in the platform.
Multi-stakeholder process with real political impact
As part of the ASUG programme of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, we accompanied the process with the Howspace platform. The platform was the hub of many so-called policy workshops. Stakeholders from business, research, trade unions and political institutions were able to use the platform to share their thoughts and ideas on topics such as mobile working and the impact of climate change on the world of work. Another highlight of these processes were the live events at which all participants were able to interact and generate new ideas in group work phases, among other things.
Lively retreat with Howspace
Three days, 120 employees from all over the world – at the NDC Partnership’s global retreat, we used Howspace to take dialogue and interaction to a new level. Participants shared their expectations in advance, located themselves on a world map and introduced themselves – a first step towards a real team spirit. During the retreat, Howspace provided dynamic group work, spontaneous questions, live mood pictures and AI-supported summaries. This allowed us to concentrate fully on the facilitation – efficiently, interactively and with a tangible impact.
