Work and Departmental Culture(s) in a Ball and Roller Bearing Manufacturing Group

For SKF, in the context of various organisational development processes, p4d carried out in-depth interviews with senior executives on the topic of Work and Departmental Culture. The analyses which were carried out independently of each other, covered the areas of Logistics, Laboratory, Railway and Off-Highway as well as Production and the Renewable Energy Unit. The results of each analysis were used to prepare senior executives for the workshops on internal organisational and departmental development.
