… how managers can be supported externally in achieving their goals better and more sustainably together with their organizational unit. This is illustrated by the example of the internationally active rolling bearing group SKF, which has been using measures for (management) teams since 2010 to create a common ground for the working culture. The article describes the experiences, effects and process steps of the Common Ground process on the basis of follow-up discussions with participating managers and employees.
