Marketing Measures of the German Youth Hostel Association, Rheinland branch
The client wanted to gain a better insight into the effect of their brochure offers regarding school trips. With this in mind, in 2016, 32 teachers were asked their opinion during group discussions. The aim of the evaluation was to adapt the brochure offers in order to make them needs-oriented and to increase the range on offer.
Program Offers of the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service)
The Qualitative Impact Analysis and Consultancy "Experiences and Needs of DAAD Scholarship Holders to the In-Country Programme in Namibia" comprises numerous interviews and group discussions with scholarship holders and organisational stakeholders in Namibia and South Africa in 2013. The research forms the basis of a strategy development for the further handling of the program moderated by p4d.
Customer Requirements regarding the German Youth Hostel Association, Rheinland branch
In 2013, in-depth interviews were conducted with several heads of Youth Hostels on the topic leisure guests. The results were used as a basis for a strategy development workshop, which was also facilitated by p4d.
Development Aid Organisations
In the run-up to the workshop moderated by p4d on the development of a mission statement for the BMZ as part of the further development of the development aid concept, numerous heads of development aid organizations were surveyed in qualitative interviews in 2013.
Error and Learning Culture in a Production Environment
In 2011, p4d carried out a qualitative impact analysis for SMS Meer’s Production division. Several executives and foremen were involved and worked on the topic Error culture and handling of errors within the division. The results were incorporated into the process facilitation provided by p4d on this topic.
Baseline Study on Social Learning for the German Youth Hostel Association, Rheinland branch
The qualitative impact analysis “Social learning at school”, carried out in 2012, consisted of in-depth interviews with numerous teachers from the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and its aim was to develop a client-focused offer of extracurricular educational opportunities.
Divisional Culture and Common Ground in Plant Engineering
For the SMS Meer Ring Rolling division, in 2010, p4d carried out a qualitative impact analysis with several executives and staff members, on Challenges for the divisional culture. This was part of a Common Ground process.
Working Culture and Merger in Plant Engineering
For the SMS Meer Schumag & Kupfer product division, in 2010, p4d gave advice along the way of the Action research for the analysis of the working culture in the wake of the Schumag & Kupfer merger. This process included training and counselling teams of employees who, on their own, conducted numerous open key question interviews. In addition, an analysis of the results was provided. The results were incorporated into a workshop facilitated by p4d.
