Research in organisational development. Evaluations. Brand analyses.
Being curious is the basis for research. It starts with curiosity – about people and their stories – about organisations: what holds them together and what can be developed further – about different cultural contexts. After decades in a qualitative market research institute (from project manager to deputy managing director), I now also enjoy researching new ways of working and corporate cultures, always with an eye on the scope that the respective culture allows.
