I support teams and organizations to actively shape their future. My goal is to create a common framework that enables lasting successful and satisfing work.
Since 2014, I have been working as a systemic organizational consultant for numerous teams and organizations from various sectors. My work is based both on sound training in accompanying group processes (systemic organisational development, Scrum Master, Design Thinking, NVC etc.) as well as on my own professional experience in managing self-organised teams in the media sector. What distinguishes me in my work with clients is a mixture of empathic empathy, analytical intelligence and a good portion of creativity and innovative spirit.
