Since 2014, I have supported numerous teams and organisations from a wide range of industries as a systemic organisational consultant. My work is based both on sound training in supporting group processes (systemic organisational development, Scrum Master, Design Thinking, NVC, etc.) and on my own professional experience in managing self-organised teams in the media sector. What characterises me in my work with clients is a mixture of empathic understanding, an analytical mind and a good dose of creativity and innovative spirit.
