As a trained peace and conflict researcher and project manager, I am committed to helping people in organisations to consciously shape their collaboration and support them in creating a transparent, constructive and healthy working environment. To realise this goal, I design processes, plan and moderate workshops and events in face-to-face and virtual formats. My work is inspired by a mixture of agile project management and systemic organisational development methods, as well as the integration of mechanisms and theories for profound personal, organisational and social transformation.
