As a trained peace and conflict researcher and project manager, I accompany people in organizations to consciously shape the way they cooperate and support them to create a transparent, constructive and healthy working environment. In order to achieve this, I design processes, plan and facilitate workshops and events in presence and virtual formats. My work is inspired by a mix of agile project management methods and systemic organizational development, as well as an integration of mechanisms and theories for deep personal, organizational and societal transformation.

- Further training | Advanced digital facilitation (Howspace), Theory U, Nonviolent Communication (acc. to Marshall Rosenberg), Civic personnel in international Civil-Military-Cooperation
