Global Coffee Platform (GCP)
From Global Competition to Increased Cooperation: The Global Coffee Platform is a multi-stakeholder initiative with the aim of creating a flourishing and sustainable coffee sector. Based on a bottom-up approach, it brings together public and private stakeholders and it encourages the cross-sectoral adoption of minimum standards and the same framework for joint reporting. p4d supports the GCP in its complex and demanding tasks, serving as a sparring partner, an organisational developer and a facilitator in the restructuring and further development of the organisation. In addition, p4d played a role in the interim management of the HR department.
