I am an organisational consultant, certified trainer, coach and facilitator. With a doctorate in international political science, I have been working for more than 12 years for companies, e.g. plant engineering, automotive, consulting, as well as for non-profit organisations such as research centres, cities and municipalities and especially international cooperation organisations worldwide. My passion is to support organisations, teams and people in their development. Individual solutions with a focus on practical usability are always at the centre of my work. My core competencies: promoting communication, providing structure, developing people and organisations.
