Our business is based on costum-made solutions for unique assignments. No challenge is like the other. These examples shall only provide the great range of costumers with whom we have worked hitherto.



Applying the right levers for sustainable change by means of just a few interventions: STROTHMANN, a specialist in handling and transport solutions, is a successful supplier in the sector of industrial automation and intralogistics. p4d supported STROTHMANN with the further development and implementation of their corporate vision. A set of qualitative interviews was used as the starting point of the intervention. STROTHMANN executives deliberated on the actual status of corporate culture as seen from their functions’ viewpoints, and they developed a blueprint of forward-looking ideas to increase sustainably shared responsibility. The results of the interviews were fed back into the company as part of a management workshop facilitated by p4d, in which they were discussed by the participants. This became the basis of the project ‘Operating System 2.0’ which was developed to implement the vision throughout the company. Subsequently, p4d gave advice to the STROTHMANN management team on selective points, along the way, in the role of a sparring partner and provider of stimuli for further development and securing results.

The ‘Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit’ (GIZ, Society for International Cooperation) needed, for the purpose of innovative concepts for internal organisational development and event design, an external sparring partner to support planning and implementation of measures with a fresh view from the outside: We provided support, e.g. in process design for a multinational leadership seminar, we gave advice along the way in a cultural change project for internal organisational development and we facilitated individual internal strategy & planning workshops.

SMS Meer/ SMS group

p4d supported the internationally operating machinery, plant and equipment manufacturer SMS Meer / SMS group in their strategy and change processes through process consulting, process and workshop facilitation, as well as leadership coaching. The focal points of our work included the incorporation of topics, contents and processes into organisational culture: within and across teams, on departmental and divisional levels, nationally, internationally.

Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE) & Federal Center for Nutrition (BLE)

For the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE) and the Federal Center for Nutrition (BZfE), p4d organized the 4th Bonn Nutrition Days in 2020 for the first time as a virtual conference with around 200 participants under the title “Eating is changing – nutrition and the planetary limits”.

p4d supported the BLE/BZfE during the three conference days and in the run-up with technical planning, realization and virtual event management for the successful implementation of the online conference on questions about chances and challenges for a sustainable transformation of our food system.



For the internationally active ball bearing manufacturer, top-class teamwork is one of the essential criteria for success. For SKF, p4d moderated various workshops with preceding culture analyses for teams, leadership teams – national and international – to create Common Ground. The workshops enabled the participants to significantly improve their cooperation.

Centres For African Excellence

African Centres of Excellence

Achieving more together: The Centres of Excellence are state-of-the-art educational centres based on international standards that have been established by the DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) in leading African universities, with support from the German Foreign Office. It is the aim of the education centres and their programmes to increase the quality and relevance of learning in selected subjects, as well as to promote research and networking. p4d facilitated the networking and strategy conference of the African-German excellence centres, featuring many prominent attendees. Welcome on the Common Ground –  e.g. 2015 in Flensburg, 2016 in Ghana and 2017 in Kenia.
