I advise managers, teams, departments and entire organisations on how to work together and develop further with good results, motivation and enjoyment. I also support managers in promoting positive work results and successful transformation as leaders. My work is based on 8 years of work experience as a manager and 15 years of consulting experience and numerous further training courses, e.g. on systemic organisational consulting, facilitation, mediation, design thinking, Theory U and Liberating Structures. I am curious and work with a mixture of lightness and depth. I quickly familiarise myself with new things, have good ideas and a keen sense of process dynamics and different perspectives and needs.
